The Launch Pad is available to all registered NYBA teams and players, as well as community groups affiliated with the association. Individual bookings are handled through team coordinators or program managers.
What are the facility hours?
The Launch Pad operates Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM, and Sundays from 10 AM to 6 PM. Hours may vary during holidays or special events; please check the schedule before booking.
How do I book a training session?
To reserve space at The Launch Pad, contact Matthew Lethbridge via email with your preferred dates and times. Bookings are confirmed based on availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Are there any usage policies I should know?
Users must follow all posted safety guidelines, wear appropriate footwear, and respect equipment and facility rules. Food and drinks are restricted to designated areas. Supervision is required for players under 16.
