The NYBA 11UAA are the 2026 Toronto Baseball Association Champions – and what a weekend it was. 🏆

NYBA had the honour of co-hosting the TBA tournament with Royal York — and, in an unforgettable finish, it came down to a North York vs. Royal York final.

After a 4-3 Royal York win in the first game, NYBA entered the winner-take-all final and found themselves down by 5 runs heading into the last inning.

But the boys weren’t done.

They rallied with heart, grit, and belief — scoring 8 runs in the 7th to take the championship in dramatic fashion, 14-11.

North York will now represent Toronto at the Ontario Finals in Niagara in two weeks.

“I’ve watched these boys grow all season — not just as players, but as teammates, competitors, and kids who truly believe in each other. That comeback wasn’t luck — it was the result of hard work, resilience, and trust. I couldn’t be prouder.” stated head coach Fergus Navoa.

NYBA salutes the 11UAA coaching and management staff and all the parents that make wins like this happen!
