Tuesday July 9th at 6:30 PM, CMC Chiropractic Intern Matt Rhynold will hold a workshop for all parents, coaches and players entitled “Sport Nutrition, Arm Pain & The Youth Athlete.”
Matt will cover topics such as: Chiropractic care, nutrition, hydration, elbow pain, and injury prevention.
This workshop will be held at Bond Park Clubhouse and is open to everyone.
Of course, Matt is well known to many NYBA coaches and parents having played with the league between 2001-2011 and winning an OBA championship in 2002. Matt has been coaching with NYBA since 2015 and most recently as assistant coach for the NYBlues Major PeeWee AAA.
Matt completed a BSc in Kinesiology at McMaster (with honours, 2015) and a 1-year graduated certificate in Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management at Humber College (2016).
Currently, Matt is a Chiropractic intern with the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and expects to graduate in 2020. He is currently seeing patients Monday and Wednesdays from 1-7PM and Fridays 1-6PM. The clinic is located at 6100 Leslie Street, just North of Finch.
