We can have a group of 50 players. The players will be separated into five groups and rotate through 5 stations on the field.

Bring your baseball glove, running shoes or baseball shoes, baseball cap, a bat if you have one, long pants and athletic support.

We know very few 6 and 7-year-old children have baseball experience or skill.  We are looking for players with good overall athletic ability, self-confidence and a desire to learn.  We will teach them how to play baseball.

Our goal is to have both an 8u AAA and 8uAA, team.  Each team will have 12 players

The team will start winter training indoor at an indoor facility starting in November 2020, running until the end of April 2021.  (The location day and time are to be determined) The regular season begins in early May and runs through the end of July.   The team practices Saturday and Sunday morning and may have a batting cage practise one evening each week. There are One to two games each week in the GYA east. The team will likely participate in 4-weekend tournaments, in addition to the City Championships in mid-August and the Ontario Championships on Labour Day weekend 2021.

Many of the costs are still being determined.  We expect the cost per player to be between $1500 and $1700 per player.  The fee includes indoor training fees, professional instructor sessions, full home and away uniforms, tournament fees, umpires, field maintenance and field user fees.

Note: If a full-time head coach must be hired, the costs will increase accordingly.
